Each piece of artwork is created with love and intricately designed by Eleagraphy. Every piece is unique as each one is designed according to commission-based orders or seasonal themes for sale.

As a homegrown Malaysian small business, Eleagraphy is SSM-registered company.

Eleagraphy reserves the right to the designs, artworks and contents of this website and affiliate social media accounts which may not be copied or used for professional or business advantage without prior written consent and/or proper accreditation from Eleagraphy.

1. Packaging

All orders are packed and handled with lots of care on our end, packaged and padded securely with protective layers to prevent physical and/or water damage during delivery. Please let us know if it a gift, we provide packing with beautiful wrapping paper at an additional charge (price to be advised).

2. Delivery

All orders are shipped out from Eleagraphy’s studio based in Malaysia. Shipping/delivery charges are charged based on package weight, dimensions and location of delivery destination. Tracking number will be provided with each courier delivery via email. 

Please ensure shipping details provided are accurate at the point of checkout, we will not be liable for any mishandling, failed delivery and/or re-delivery charges by the courier company.

There may be additional charges of custom duties, taxes and other fees incurred at the destination country. All such taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, we cannot advise further on this matter, please check with your local customs department.

3. Quality assurance

We offer products that are proudly made locally and in small batches, some items may be hand-painted or hand-folded. Each item goes through a round of quality assurance check to ensure that the best product is produced and sent to you. Having said that, please allow some minor imperfections in handmade items and some minor differences in items of similar requests.

Colours depicted on screen may differ in real life. As a small business, we produce prints and products in small batches and as such, colours may differ between batches. Rest assured, we will always endeavour to provide the best quality products for you. 

4. Refund policy

Your support and order means a lot to us. Every commission will be created according to your requests and every order will be processed with utmost care. With that said, we have a no return or refund policy and all sales are final upon checkout. Once the order is processed, there can be no more changes to the order especially with confirmed drafts. 

5. After sales service

Received items with production defect/different from what you have ordered? We are so sorry for this, please contact us with your order number and photos of the items received within three days from the receipt of your order and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Experiencing problem with shipping? Most packages will arrive within the timeframe provided, however certain delays are expected during peak seasons. We will work with trustworthy couriers to endeavour to the best of our abilities to ensure that the parcel is delivered safe and sound.
